Refunds:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund for such items, and we may provide a prepaid return shipping label in these specific cases.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale, and they are not eligible for returns or refunds. Final sale items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
